My Life My Story: Sabah Hawks Lost to Terengganu (3,6)

Huh what a mess... Sabah Lost their Super League match last night to Terengganu FA. I'm a little bit frustrated but what can do the ball is "BULAT". The match was really important for the team, at least one point can be achieved but Terengganu FA was really tough for Sabah Hawks. I salute the team because they fight really hard where the team have scored 3 goals before losing to Terengganu FA. I wish that Sabah Hawks will arise again soon. Sabah Hawks will meet with Selangor on 31st March for their next Malaysia Super League match. For full report read below passage.... Thanks... HG

Sabah was routed 3-6 by Terengganu at their Super League match on Saturday.

Sabah's defence caved in as early as in the fourth minutes. And they conceded two more in the 13th and 15th minute before Zainiazam Matjan scored in the 35th minute. Terengganu regained their three goal advantage in the 44th minutes only for Sabah to pull one back through Australian Brandan Gan who netted his first goal for Sabah a minute later.

Rozaimi Abd Rahman then gave Sabah a lifeline after the re-start with his strike in the 66th minutes to make the score 3-4. However, their attempts to salvage a point by attacking the opposition goal backfired as two quick counter attacks by Terengganu resulted in two more goals conceded in the 80th and 81st minutes. And Bobby Gonzales added to the misery when he failed to convert a penalty towards the end of the game when he shot over the crossbar.

With the loss Sabah dropped two places to eighth in the league table. Their next games will be a home match against Selangor FC at the Likas Stadium on March 31.
