My Life My Stories: Free Foot Massage at Tamparuli River.

Hai... it seem ages that  I've not touch my laptop for updating my favorite website Tamparulisabah.com. Suddenly I got an idea yesterday when I passed Tamparuli old bridge where I saw a group of people were massaging their foots at the river. Well, why not I write this story and tell the world that Tamparuli got a new place to visit and enjoy. It is free for the visitors and remember to bring fish food for attracting the Kelah. It was discovered last year and since than people from all over Sabah keep on coming to this site to get the so-called free foot massage. I have try it before with my brothers and nephews and they were really enjoying it so much. Next time I will bring my son and daughter to this place. The fish was in the same species with the fish at Luanti Fish Village Ranau about 100km from Tamparuli town. But... you have to pay when your are visiting  there. I am inviting the foreign tourist to come to Tamparuli town and enjoy it for free... All the Tamparulians were waiting with warmly open heart. Come visit us soon.

When I was in teenagers time, I used to swim and play along this river area with my old buddies such as Ebon Gansoi, Hillary S Manson, Alfunsus Danding, Colin joaness, Ignatius Bop Juanis, Yap Chee Lung, Azmi Mohd Tamin, Abd Rahman Ajui, Sugianto Yusuf, Jerome Jariman and many more. During that time the river were belong to us... The river stuck with a lot of beautiful memory. I wish I can turn back time and enjoy being a teenagers once more. "Lovely memory will stuck with your forever" HG. We can catch fish at the river during that time.. but now the Tagal were introduce and people were prohibited to catch fish at the river anymore. It is for good for future generation they said. I am agree with that and hopefully our next generation can enjoy it same with us.

Here, I got some pictures to be shared among my loyal and hardcore readers. Credits to Agustine Jumaat  FB and my own picture. Enjoy and see you soon on my next article. Good Day, Good Health, Good Business and God Bless... Hurrrah...

Envoy Upbeat On The Peace

Good news can be expected once the final terms of the Malaysian brokered peace deal between the Philippines Government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) is completed.

Philippines Ambassador to Malaysia J. Eduardo Malaya said the deal, which ended decades-long conflict between the two sides, will bear fruit very soon, adding that negotiations between the two are going very well.

"The country is a fast developing nation and it is vital that peace and stability is upheld," he said in his address during the University of Philippines Concert Chorus performance, here.

The peace deal was inked on Oct. 15 last year.

He said there is a need to strengthen the ties of both nations as they share similar cultures and economy especially Sabah, as it is closest. Malaya said he is relatively happy with the effort made by leaders of both nations namely Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Philippines President Beningno Aquino III to harness mutual relations.

The Philippines economy last year posted 7 per cent growth, exceeding its 6 per cent target, making the nation the second fastest growing in the South East Asia region.

During his visit in mid-February, Malaya said there is huge potential for Malaysian businesses to invest in the country, adding that he has led a trade delegation from Selangor to Cotabato and Bangsamoro in November 2012.

Furthermore, he said many Philippine companies have also invested in Malaysia for example Petron Corp, which has acquired Esso Malaysia Bhd for US$600 million including its 557 petrol station and refineries nationwide.

Like Sabah, Malaya said the Philippines also has thousands of islands and tourism spots which can be visited.

He said in 2012 there were four million tourist arrivals into the country, 106,000 of them Malaysians.
