I guess this is the most famous food court at the tamu Tamparuli. Believe it or not, go ask the old ladies at the tamu. Located just nearby the famous Jambatan Tamparuli. Tamu Tamparuli, held every Wednesday. This food court has only small space, yet almost every second customers come and eat there. Some even willing to stand nearby to wait for their turn everytime the tables are fully occupied. Strangers sit together, they don’t/won’t care who they sit along with because the most important thing is that they can have a bowl of their favourite soup. I think the attraction comes from its low price menu and reputation. You can have a full bowl of soup and they will only charge you for RM3.50. Operated by two local Chinese ladies, assisted with their respective husbands and relatives. My order of the day. Mi halus with chicken. Only manage to eat a portion of it because it’s too big for me. Next time I am going to order small size. But even the small size bowl is already too much, as I see it … Mary Ann
