Title: Traditional Costume – “Sukub Kopio”
One of the very beautiful traditional costumes in Sabah is “Sukub Kopio”. It’s a traditional costume worn by the Dusun Lotud people in Tuaran . This traditional costume is made from fabric that being embroidery by hand and joint together with melon beads.
“Sukub Kopio” came with variety of beautiful accessories such as Melon Seeds, Bracelets, Anklet, Wrist Band, Shoulder Scarves and a Jacket.
I choose this traditional costume because it’s
so awesome that really captured my heart. As a younger generation, I preserve
the costume safely in my wardrobe, handle with care and only wear it for a special occasion.
