Schools in Malaysia will reopen in stages from Oct 3 onwards.

 Schools will reopen in stages from Oct 3 onwards, says the Education Minister.

Datuk Dr. Radzi Jidin said the nationwide reopening of schools would start with exam year students in Forms Five and Six. He, however, stressed that schools in Phase One states under the National Recovery Plan (NRP) would not be allowed to open.

Schools in Phase Two would be allowed to open for exam year students while schools in Phase Three could open in full, he said."But for Phases Two and Three, the decision to reopen schools will still depend on the risk evaluation conducted in the respective states.

"That's why we never said schools would reopen on Sept 1 - we said our target was Sept 1 but at the same time, we said that the decision would be based on the risk evaluation by the Health Ministry and National Security Council (NSC), and discussions with the Education Ministry.

"Whatever decision we make is in the best interest of our children," he said, adding that the health and safety of students was the ministry's priority in a video post on Facebook last night."Some people questioned why the ministry has still not made an announcement as to the reopening of schools with Sept 1 nearing. But in managing the Covid-19 situation, we have to look at the most current data and analyze this thoroughly.

"So based on the latest information we have, the ministry has decided to delay the reopening of schools from Sept 1 to Oct 3," he said, adding that further details would be announced soon.

Good Day to all judges and fellow contestant. This fine day I would like to tell a story a title of “A highly ambitious rural boy who make the state proud” without further due, let’s start…

Sixty years ago, in mid subterranean town far from the big city of Kota Kinabalu, a young boy called Joseph were schooling at the Missionary  School located in the rural area of Tambunan. Every morning, he woke up at 5 and prepare for a long journey to his school about 8 km on foot from his house. Those days were a little bit hard for the rural people like him which the basic necessities were really hard to get and what was needed will be served first. Just like other parents  who share the same interest in getting high-quality education from the Missionary School, Joseph father was willing to scarify anything in terms of energy and money to have a good education for his beloved son.

The journey started at 5.30am and it would take nearly two hours and a half to reach the school, with a pair of slippers, a bag, two thick books for English and Mathematic subject and a lovely and tendering big tupperware consist of Linopot, a traditional food mixed with hills vegetable and fried river fish as food provisions for a long journey prepared by his mother. A piece of advice from his father who's apparently a village leader there, Joseph still remembers the words. “ Study for the future of our family, our community, our state, and our beloved nation of Malaysia”.  His father was very strict but deep in his heart, he was the loving father.

Reaching the footsteps of the missionary school was quite nervous for Joseph, the English teacher there was just like a lion when roaring fighting in the jungle and everybody seems to be afraid of him but he was a highly respective teacher there. “Good Morning Joseph, How are you today? “ Huh.. luckily he was in a good mood that day. Joseph sat on his chair after addressing the teacher. “Today we will be discussing your ambitions and I want all of you to write a simple essay about it and read it for the class”. The class consists of ten pupils only. The huge big man as Joseph’s English teacher was Mr. Harry Gravestone from Manchester, England. He joins the Missionary school for social works at end of World War 2.

Everybody stop writing!!!  I want ask you, Joseph!! What is your ambition when you became a man? I want be a lawyer, the first lawyer from my tribe, my very own people. Wow!! “Such an ambitious boy you are,” said Mr. Harry, but nothing is impossible, anything can be achieved if it done seriously.  Joseph struggles hard for his education, from the Missionary School near to his village to the all-boys school at La-Salle Kota Kinabalu, located in the capital city of Sabah to a sponsored tertiary education at the University Of Adelaide in Australia.  Everything gain needs extra effort to be successful whereas wisdom is the best quality to make a marvelous education. The hardships to become the first tribe lawyers were achieved by Joseph and continued by many more after him.

Joseph became the first lawyer in his tribe and achieved more excellent achievements in years to go. With hardships from his own and continuing support from his parent, he deserves to be proud. So the moral of the story is, we must have a big ambition in order to become successful in our life in the future. Education is the most valuable treasure for our next generation and it will be the foundation in serving our states and country. Remember that, knowledge is power!!! That alls and Happy Independence Day for our beloved country of Malaysia. God Bless Malaysia. Thank You.

Vlogging during the Pandemic situation | My life My Stories

How are your feelings? I hope that you are all in good health and safe from the "Deadly Virus - Covid 19". Have you had your Vaccine yet? Go for it and register if you are not for good yaa. 

It's been a couple of months since I posted my last vlog and I am sorry for that. Although this Vlog has captured nearly 1 million views and likes but frankly speaking, my viewers are asking for more posting. At this time, I am focusing on my Youtube Channel and aiming for 50,000 views for this coming December 2021. I have started vlogging since 2007 but due to being busy doing the permanent works, I have to divide my time in doing it. I really like to Vlog, making videos, and share my experience throughout the world but the current situation makes me feel a little bit stress about it. 

I guess I am in the same situation with other Vlogger outside there especially in Sabah. My first objective for vlogging is about tourism, special interest, music, foods, and drinks from my beloved country of Malaysia, but now was stuck. I believe that this pandemic will end soon and life will be going back to normal again. 

My intention for this post is " to give hope and motivation for my reader" not to give up and carry on and enjoy life to the fullest. Dusun Lotud Traditional Costume | " Sukub Kopio "

Title: Traditional Costume – “Sukub Kopio”

One of the very beautiful traditional costumes in Sabah is “Sukub Kopio”. It’s a traditional costume worn by the Dusun Lotud people in Tuaran . This traditional costume is made from fabric that being embroidery by hand and joint together with melon beads.

“Sukub Kopio” came with variety of beautiful accessories such as Melon Seeds, Bracelets, Anklet, Wrist Band, Shoulder Scarves and a Jacket. 

I choose this traditional costume because it’s so awesome that really captured my heart. As a younger generation, I preserve the costume safely in my wardrobe, handle with care and only wear it for a special occasion.

Pemberian Vaksin (Pfizer - BionTech) Kepada pelajar-pelajar yang bakal menduduki Peperiksaan Awam 2021.

KUALA LUMPUR: Pelan Pemulihan Negara (PPN) dirangka seiring dengan usaha kerajaan meningkatkan pemberian vaksin COVID-19 kepada rakyat yang akan menjadi rujukan operasi kepada sektor sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan.

Menteri Kanan (Pendidikan), Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin, berkata Program Imunisasi COVID-19 Kebangsaan (PICK) adalah indikator penting kepada fasa pemulihan yang dirangka.

Bagaimanapun katanya, cabaran besar dalam fasa pemulihan adalah keupayaan negara memperoleh bekalan vaksin yang mencukupi dan usaha sedang digandakan bagi menjamin bekalannya sentiasa stabil.

"Ada yang bertanya kenapa baru mahu umum (pelan pemulihan) seolah-olah kita tiada perancangan. Tidak begitu. Pelan Pemulihan Negara adalah satu jalan keluar dan perkara utamanya adalah vaksinasi. Apabila bekalan vaksin agak stabil dan meningkat, maka kita lihat Pelan Pemulihan Negara diumumkan tepat pada masanya.

"Kita lihat dalam keadaan negara mahu keluar dari pandemik COVID-19, pelbagai pendekatan kita buat.

"Salah satu pendekatan ampuh adalah vaksinasi dan bekalan diterima sekarang semakin meningkat. Dengan adanya bekalan ini, ditambah kawalan pergerakan yang sedang berjalan, kita akan dapat lalui tempoh sukar ini," katanya ketika wawancara khas bersama media berkenaan Pelan Pemulihan Negara hari ini.

Beliau berkata, kekangan memperoleh bekalan vaksin sebelum ini bukan hanya dilalui Malaysia, malah banyak negara lain memandangkan dunia berdepan dengan isu pembelian monopoli oleh negara maju selain keupayaan syarikat pembekal itu sendiri untuk memenuhi permintaan antarabangsa.

Radzi menjelaskan, sektor pendidikan antara paling terkesan dengan pandemik sejak tahun lalu lagi, oleh kerana itu usaha sedang digiatkan supaya pemberian vaksinasi kepada sektor ini mesti dimulakan bagi memastikan sesi persekolahan jika dibuka kelak, kembali lancar dengan aspek keselamatan pelajar sentiasa menjadi pertimbangan utama Kementerian Pendidikan (KPM).

Katanya, setakat ini, seramai 148,580 guru atau mewakili 36 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan warga pendidik sudah divaksin dan KPM amat berharap jumlah ini dapat digandakan dari masa ke semasa.

"Apabila kita sentuh isu vaksinasi, pokoknya adalah bekalannya. Kalau boleh kita mahu semua divaksin segera. Semalam kalau boleh kita selesaikan. Namun kita akui, dalam tempoh ini, perlu didahulukan dulu murid kelas peperiksaan. Kita mahu mereka dapat vaksin dulu dan boleh kembali ke sekolah sebab kementerian mahu proses pembelajaran secara bersemuka dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Apabila dibuka (sekolah), ia masih tertakluk kepada Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN). Di bawah pelan pemulihan, dijangka persekolahan akan bermula fasa ketiga. Namun bagi murid kelas peperiksaan, kita mohon pertimbangan untuk dibenarkan lebih awal. Untuk itu, kita mohon CITF (Badan Bertindak Imunisasi COVID-19) vaksinkan pelajar ini dulu, termasuk murid dan gurunya.

"Setakat ini, responnya baik. Jawatankuasa Khas Jaminan Akses Vaksin (JKJAV) akan meneliti bagaimana kaedah pemberiannya. Di peringkat kementerian, apa saja keperluan dan bantuan, termasuk jika mahu guna ruang sekolah dan sebagainya, kita akan bantu untuk laksana vaksinasi kepada anak-anak ini," katanya.

Ditanya pemberian vaksin bagi pelajar bukan kelas peperiksaan, Radzi berkata, tempoh masa bila mereka akan mula diberi suntikan sukar ditentukan memandangkan urusan berkaitan bekalan vaksin ini adalah di bawah bidang kuasa JKJAV dan CITF.

"Apa yang kita sedang laksanakan adalah menyusun keutamaan dulu. Semua perlu faham antara cabaran utama dalam proses vaksinasi adalah bekalan kerana ia di luar kawalan bukan saja kementerian tapi kerajaan.

"Kementerian memahami perkara berkaitan bekalan dalam melihat keadaan semasa.

"Dalam konteks ini, selepas diumumkan Bahagian Regulatori Farmasi Negara (NPRA), vaksin Pfizer-BioNTech adalah diberi keutamaan kepada kelas peperiksaan dan yang lain kita sedang teliti lagi. Kita selesaikan kumpulan ini dulu dan ini juga tertakluk kepada bila anak-anak ini boleh dibenarkan kembali ke sekolah.

Good Evening, here is the information about the vaccine of Covid -19. I was being injected with the Comirnaty Vaccine ( Pfizer-BioNTech ) this morning and I felt a little bit uncomfortable with my left arm. Within 30 minutes of rest, the uncomfortable feeling vanished. Hopefully, there will be no more bad effects after this. Thanks to KKM / Ministery Of Health (Malaysia) for providing this vaccine and to the Malaysian Government for doing this immunization program. 

Received 1st Dose of Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech) Vaccine on 20 June 2021. The second Dose will be on 11 July 2021.

My Advice: Don't afraid to take the Vaccine yaa.. God Speed.

Keutamaan diberikan kepada petugas barisan hadapan, mereka yang berisiko tinggi untuk mendapat jangkitan COVID-19 seperti warga emas, pesakit dengan masalah perubatan seperti pesakit jantung, kencing manis, darah tinggi, asthma, kanser dan sebagainya. 

 SIAPA YANG TIDAK LAYAK MENERIMA VAKSIN COVID-19 COMIRNATY (PFIZER-BIONTECH)? Anda tidak layak menerima vaksin COVID-19 COMIRNATY (Pfizer-BioNTech) sekiranya anda mempunyai: • Sejarah reaksi alahan teruk atau sejarah anafilaksis selepas menerima dos pertama vaksin mRNA seperti vaksin COVID-19 COMIRNATY (Pfizer-BioNTech); Nota: Reaksi alahan dianggap teruk sekiranya individu tersebut perlu diberi rawatan di hospital • Reaksi alahan kepada sebarang kandungan vaksin mRNA COVID-19 walaupun tidak teruk (reaksi alahan yang berlaku dalam tempoh 4 jam selepas menerima suntikan vaksin mRNA COVID-19). APAKAH HUKUM PENGAMBILAN VAKSIN COVID-19? Majlis Mesyuarat Khas Jawatankuasa Muzakarah Majlis Kebangsaan bagi Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam yang bersidang pada 3 Disember 2020 mengambil ketetapan bahawa hukum penggunaan vaksin COVID-19 adalah harus dan wajib diambil oleh golongan yang ditetapkan oleh Kerajaan. 

ADAKAH SAYA DIBERI PILIHAN UNTUK MEMILIH JENIS VAKSIN COVID-19? Tidak. Penerima vaksin tidak dibenarkan untuk memilih jenis vaksin COVID-19 yang akan diterima. Ianya bergantung kepada bekalan stok sedia ada di pusat vaksinasi. 

ADAKAH VAKSIN COVID-19 COMIRNATY (PFIZER-BIONTECH) SELAMAT PENGGUNAANNYA DI MALAYSIA? 

Ya, vaksin ini selamat digunakan kerana ia telah berdaftar dan telah diluluskan oleh Bahagian Regulatori Farmasi Negara (NPRA) pada 8 Januari 2021 untuk penggunaannya di Malaysia. Pihak Food and Drug Administration (FDA) telah membenarkan penggunaan Vaksin COVID19 COMIRNATY (Pfizer-BioNTech) sebagai langkah kecemasan untuk mencegah COVID-19 dalam kalangan individu berumur 16 tahun dan ke atas di bawah Penggunaan Kecemasan Kebenaran (EUA). Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) telah memperakui bahawa vaksin COVID-19 COMIRNATY (Pfizer-BioNTech) boleh digunakan bagi tujuan kecemasan pada 31 Disember 2020. Ia juga telah diluluskan oleh pihak berkuasa kesihatan di USA, UK, negara-negara Eropah, Israel dan Singapura. Malah sebanyak 48 negara telah memperakui penggunaan vaksin ini.

APAKAH YANG PERLU SAYA MAKLUMKAN KEPADA PETUGAS KESIHATAN SEBELUM MENERIMA SUNTIKAN VAKSIN COVID-19 COMIRNATY (PFIZERBIONTECH)?

Maklumkan kepada petugas kesihatan sekiranya anda: • mempunyai sejarah alahan yang teruk; • mengalami masalah pendarahan (bleeding disorder) seperti Haemophilia, Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) dan sebagainya; • sedang dalam rawatan ubatan pencair darah; • sedang mendapat rawatan yang merendahkan sistem imun badan; • sedang mengandung atau merancang untuk hamil; • sedang menyusukan bayi; atau • telah menerima vaksin COVID-19 daripada jenama yang lain Anda dinasihatkan berjumpa dengan doktor pakar terlebih dahulu untuk menentukan kesesuaian untuk menerima vaksin COVID-19. 

APAKAH PERKARA YANG PERLU DILAKUKAN SELEPAS MENERIMA SUNTIKAN VAKSIN COVID-19? 

Setelah menerima suntikan vaksin COVID-19, penerima vaksin perlu: 1. Berada di ruang pemerhatian yang ditetapkan sekurang-kurangnya selama 15 minit. 2. Anda mesti memaklumkan kepada petugas kesihatan atau mendapatkan rawatan segera sekiranya anda mengalami tanda-tanda berikut selepas menerima vaksin COVID-19: • Kesukaran bernafas • Pembengkakan muka, bibir dan tekak • Denyutan jantung yang sangat cepat • Ruam teruk timbul di seluruh badan • Merasa pening dan lemah tubuh badan 3. Penerima vaksin perlu sentiasa mengamalkan norma baharu dan mengikuti langkah pencegahan penyakit COVID-19. 4. Anda perlu menyimpan kad vaksinasi yang diberi oleh anggota kesihatan. Apabila anda mendapat dos pertama, anda akan diberi kad vaksinasi untuk menunjukkan bila anda perlu mendapatkan dos kedua Vaksin COVID-19 Pfizer-BioNTech.

APAKAH BAHAN-BAHAN YANG TERKANDUNG DALAM VAKSIN COVID-19 COMIRNATY (PFIZER-BIONTECH)? Vaksin COVID-19 COMIRNATY (Pfizer-BioNTech) adalah jenis mRNA di mana bahan utama adalah mRNA, lipid, gula, garam. Perincian kandungan vaksin adalah seperti berikut: mRNA, lipids ((4- hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2-hexyldecanoate), 2 [(polyethylene glycol)- 2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide, 1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, and cholesterol), potassium chloride, monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, and sucrose.

BAGAIMANA VAKSIN COVID-19 COMIRNATY (PFIZER-BIONTECH) DIBERIKAN? Vaksin COVID-19 COMIRNATY (Pfizer-BioNTech) akan diberikan secara suntikan ke dalam otot seperti di otot bahu. Anda akan menerima sebanyak dua (2) dos vaksin dalam selang masa tiga (3) minggu (21 hari). Anda hendaklah menerima kedua-dua dos bagi memastikan perlindungan optima. Bagaimanapun, vaksin ini tidak memberi jaminan untuk melindungi semua orang daripada jangkitan COVID-19. 

ADAKAH SAYA AKAN DILINDUNGI SEPENUHNYA SELEPAS MENERIMA VAKSIN COVID-19 COMIRNATY (PFIZER-BIONTECH)? 

Vaksin akan mula menunjukkan keberkesanan melalui peningkatan antibodi dalam badan bermula dari hari ke-12 selepas dos pertama diberikan. Pembentukan antibodi akan meningkat secara mendadak selepas pemberian dos kedua. Ini bermakna, seseorang akan dilindungi secara optima selepas menerima kedua-dua dos untuk mengurangkan kebarangkalian kejadian penyakit COVID-19 yang serius. Walaupun seseorang itu telah menerima dos lengkap vaksin, beliau masih perlu mengamalkan langkah pencegahan seperti mengamalkan 3W iaitu Wash, Wear, Warn dan mengelakkan 3C iaitu mengelakkan Confined space (Sempit), Crowded Place (Sesak) dan Close conversation (Sembang dekat). Kesan sampingan ringan yang kerap dilaporkan adalah seperti berikut: • sakit di tempat suntikan; • penat (tiredness); • sakit kepala; • sakit otot; • menggigil; • sakit sendi; • demam; • pembengkakan di tempat suntikan; • kemerahan di tempat suntikan; • loya; • merasa tidak sihat; • pembengkakan kelenjar limfa; dan • kesan-kesan sampingan yang mungkin akan dilaporkan dari semasa ke semasa. Gejala alahan yang teruk biasanya berlaku dalam tempoh beberapa minit hingga satu jam setelah menerima Vaksin COVID-19 COMIRNATY (Pfizer-BioNTech).

Hello and Good Morning. Wow, it's been ages that I didn't update my blog. Sorry guys... 

How are you all? Do you all okay or not? I hope you are always fine beside your family and safe from the deadly modern virus " Covid-19 ".

For the past 2 years.. it was an upside-down of our daily routine and miserable!!! Keep calm guys..

Sungguh sedih.. ramai yang meninggal dan terkena jangkit virus. Saya berharap dan is menjadi harapan kita semua, supaya Covid 19 dapat dihilangkan dan kita semua terhindar daripada virus berbahaya ini. Kerajaan telah mengambil langkah-langkah ternbaik dan kita hampir berjaya pada tahun lalu tapi disebabkan ketamakan kuasa politik, pesakit Covid-19 menigkat seperti gunung kinabalu tingginya.. Aduiii.. tapi apa kan daya kita cuma rakyat biasa sahaja... 

Tapi apa-apapun, diharapan kerjaan akan berusaha keras dalam 2-3 bulan ini untuk membendung virus tersebut daripada merebak. Dengan adanya program imunasasi negara, diharap juga vaksin untuk mencegah Virus ini dapat diberikan kepada rakyat Malaysia secepat mungkin.  

I believe that all the effort conducted by the government will bring good deed to the people of Malaysia. Stay Safe, Stay Home and register for Covid-19 Vaccine...

Tata's Tasty Food

Wow.. I came across with a FB friend of mine promoting this so-called restaurant offering fresh fish soup with virety choice of cooking. Being for a food lover, I would like to try it.. can't hardly wait for its' grand opening. Curries, Lihing ( Local Made Alchohol )

My Life My Stories : Kg Kioyep Ranau With Pangrok Sulap and Light UP Borneo 2019.

Hello and Good Days...Hope you all in a good mood and always #stayathome, #staysafe and #stayhealthy. How life? well it is  quite boring if you doesn't have anything to do. Now the current situation is getting better and better and hopefully this Pandemic Covid 19 will end soon. Take  extra precaution and follow the government advise and surely the chain of this pandemic will stop...  

"Sharing is caring" they said and today I have something to share with you all about a story from my school area and hope you guys will enjoy reading it and at the same time acquired some valuable knowledge from it. As you can see the title of this post is " Carving Tinagas Tales @ Kg Kioyep Ranau and in further details I will share some knowledge and information about "Pangrok Sulap" and " Dusun Tinagas Race". You will wonder in mind, where is Kg Kioyep? aren't you?. Well Kg Kioyep Ranau is about 50KM from Ranau Town. The village can be reach by land transport and you can "Google Map" it for direction. Well the village is in a rural area and from the sources of  KPM  (Kementrian Pendidikan Malaysia) and Ranau District Office ( Pejabat Daerah Ranau) it was in P2 area. I will discuss it later on my next post.

I have been teaching around this area for about 8 years and I have met a lot of experiences in bad and good situation. For me this village was known for it slippery roads that was really bring big trouble to us during the rainy season. The kids from this village was really good in term of their knowledge and were good in their studies (My point of view as their Teacher) although comparable was not the main priority for me but this is a truth fact. It is the first village you will pass over when you want to go to SK Naradan or " Air Terjun Wasai " which one of the project conduct together with YB Jonathan Yassin and the villager of Kg Kantas ( I will post the articles about the "Wasai Waterfall soon... wait for it.) It is a beautiful village with a heart warming, nice and kind people. 

During this MCO #PKP and now #PKPB, I came across a video from my pupils (#marcharrdivo) status at You Tube  "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CURl1VPsLb4 " and my heart was touch from this video to write about Kg Kioyep and Pangrok Sulap. So this is it... I managed to screen shoot some picture from the video. At first I did not know about this so-called Pangrok Sulap but after doing some research and watched the video, finally I got a little info and will continuously searching more about it. The Pangrok Sulap is an organisation of art focusing on Sabahan Traditional Cultures and their main art is Carving in a wooden plate and stamped it on a pieces of cloth by a traditional way... chop flaps and stamped just like the old style of printing news papers. I asked my pupil, when this happen, he said last year in 2019 and I didn't noticed it although everyday I passed through this village. Wow! "What a wonderful experience for you? " I said to him. He just give an Emoji smile. I asked for the video but he didn't have it. So I search through YouTube, found it and watched it. I have asked permission to use the video as link for my blog but didn't got any respond yet. It is easy for my readers and follower to get the information about it with a legal permission link. When watching the video, one of the villagers tell a story about Kioyep Village, the Pangrok Sulap artist listen and later it was carved on a wooden plate, stamped on cloth and there goes you got a combined story about the village with a magnificent art of work from Pangrok Sulap artist. At the same time, Pangrok Sulap Artis join together with "Light UP Borneos" doing social work for the villager. That was a wonderful experience for them. Hopefully someday this NGOs will do a joint ventures with a our school in making arts and social work.

In the meantime.. I asked my pupil activity during this #PKP or MCO, besides waiting for online teaching from the teacher, they went to their farm to grew vegetable, fishing and rubber tapping. I was a little bit touch about their life now.. but life goes on they said. It quite hard to go Ranau during this time but the nearest shopping stall at Kg Timbua can be reachable anytime if you got money. The so-called #BPN at least can ease their burden in continuing life during this Pandemic Covid 19 situation. I didn't got any news about people around there infected by Covid 19 and " Palis palis - touch the wood " it will never happen. So that all... We will meet again on my next post... Bye...

SUKU KAUM DUSUN TINAGAS

Dusun Tinagas merupakan salah satu etnik yang dikelompokkan ke dalam Kadazan Dusun di Sabah. Masyarakat Dusun Tinagas tertumpu di Daerah Ranau iaitu di Kg. Kaingaran, Magkapoh, Tanid, Malinsau, Nasakot, Mokodou, Kopuwakan, Tumbalang, Lobou, Kioyep, Nawanon, Kantas, Tibabar, Timbua, Tinutuan, dan Pirancangan. Sementara di daerah Kota Marudu pula, mereka dapat di temui di Kg. Parong, Popok, Mangkupa, Sumbilingon, Timbang Batu, Talas, Sunsui, Pelipikan, Natu, Marak-Parak dan Tagibang. Suku kaum Dusun Tinagas juga terdapat di daerah Beaufort dengan jumlah yang sedikit, iaitu tertumpu di suatu perkampungan yang dinamakan sebagai Kg. Inantul, namun jumlah orang Dusun Tinagas di kampung ini sudah berkurang disebabkan telah berhijrah ke kampung-kampung lain di kawasan daerah Beaufort. Kebanyakan mereka yang berada di daerah Beaufort berasal dari daerah Ranau dan Kota Marudu. Untuk setakat ini belum ada kajian yang terperinci mengenai sejarah suku kaum ini. Hanya yang dapat diketahui bahawa suku kaum ini juga berasal dari Nunuk Ragang seperti suku kaum Dusun yang lain, dan diceritakan bahawa dahulu kala suku kaum ini juga giat menjalankan kegiatan "headhunter" iaitu memburu kepala puak-puak yang dianggap sebagai musuh oleh mereka. Dari segi bahasa pula, bahasa suku kaum ini hampir mendekati bahasa Dusun Piawai (Bundu-Liwan). Namun terdapat sedikit perbezaan seperti berikut:

Hello.. hari ini kita guna Malay Language plus English and Sabahan Language kio..

Waktu MCO #PKP ni derita juga kalau langsung nyahrun mo bikin. So apa yang paling best ikut minat masing masing la untuk mengisi masa lapang. For me the best thing other than with my family is gardening.. so today mahu tunjuk kamu cara mo ambil tu benih apa apa la jenis sayuran untuk kamu tanam kio.. syok juga ni.. daripada tidur makan saja kan. Mo keluar pun habis duit saja silap silap kana tangkap oh..

Bah... First thing you do. Buy a "Peria" from the supermarket. Then, you take out the seed from it. Make sure that you cut it into two.. look at the picture as your reference. Dry it under the sun for one day and leave it for another one day before you plant it. After you plant it, wait for 3 days to grow. Continously watering it from day one. Lepas tu.. kamurang pacak batang kayu @ bambu untuk tu peria menjalar atau melilit.. tunggu 2-3 minggu dapat la kamu tu hasil.. Jangan talampau letak baja kio.. nanti yang tukang makan kena cancer.. Haha... lau mahu tanam sayuran yang lain pun cara yang sama..  Cth Sayuran yang mudah ditanam seperti Petola, Kacang Panjang, Bawang dan banyak lagi.. Next time saya ajar tanam tu Tomato atau cara mo bibit..#semai#breed...
